How it works

Schedule a virtual visit

Click one of the scheduling buttons at the top of this page. You will be redirected to our patient scheduling portal to choose a time and date for your appointment. Complete your online registration prior to your scheduled visit.

Complete online registration

Once you’ve selected your date and time and submitted the required information, you will then be asked to complete your online registration. Here you can upload images of your ID and insurance card. In order to expedite your virtual visit please complete all 5 steps in the registration process prior to your scheduled visit.

Confirmation texts

You will receive a text message confirming your appointment time immediately after reserving your time and date. Once you’ve completed your online registration you will receive a second text message with a link to join the visit. Click on the link and start your visit.

Join your visit

During your virtual visit, your provider will diagnose your symptoms and provide a treatment plan. Any necessary prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. We recommend scheduling a follow up virtual visit within 72 hours.

If you’re sick at home and want to skip the trip to the clinic, schedule a virtual visit to speak with a provider. You can schedule a virtual visit for these types of reasons:

  • Non-emergency medical conditions
  • Follow up visits
  • Prescription questions
  • Your condition has worsened since your visit
  • New symptoms appear within 2-3

How much does it cost?

The cost of the visit is the same as it would be in person. All of the same rules around insurance deductibles and copays apply. Read more about billing and insurance here.

Can a minor use telemedicine services?

A minor must have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to utilize telemedicine services.

Can I receive a prescription?

Yes, your provider will send any necessary prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. You may also schedule a virtual visit to ask about prescription refills.
