Who can schedule a virtual visit?

If you’re sick at home and want to skip the trip to the clinic, schedule a virtual visit to speak with a provider. You can schedule a virtual visit for these types of reasons:

  • Non-emergency medical conditions
  • Follow up visits
  • Prescription questions
  • Your condition has worsened since your visit
  • New symptoms appear within 2-3

How much does it cost?

The cost of the visit is the same as it would be in person. All of the same rules around insurance deductibles and copays apply. Read more about billing and insurance here.

Can a minor use telemedicine services?

A minor must have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to utilize telemedicine services.

Can I receive a prescription?

Yes, your provider will send any necessary prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. You may also schedule a virtual visit to ask about prescription refills.
