Urgent Care Eleven treats children from 2 months and up, adults, and geriatric patients in a pleasant, inviting atmosphere 7 days a week. Our healthcare team is here to provide world-class medical care when unexpected urgencies get in the way. Whether you walk in or schedule online, we make it easy to get you in, diagnosed and treated, and back to your everyday routine. We also offer in-house labs should you require specialized care or testing. We accept all major insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. You can view a full list of accepted insurances HERE.

PLEASE NOTE! Covid-19 Testing is WALK-IN ONLY. If you schedule an appointment for a Covid-19 test it will be removed from the system and treated as a walk-in visit. If you are experiencing chest pains, loss of consciousness, or excessive bleeding, please call 911 or visit the ER immediately.

Office Visit Preparation

To ensure a fast, efficient visit to our clinic please have the following items
ready to turn in to the front desk when you arrive.

Driver’s license/identification card or passport and valid insurance card.
Copayment or deductible amount, if applicable, is due at time of service

WONDERFUL Service! I’ve been to this location twice when I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care physician and each time, the ladies have been extremely pleasant and willing to help. They listen to understand your complaints and then develop a treatment plan. They communicate with you throughout the entire process and apologize for the length of your stay, even when it lasts less than 30 mins from checkin to checkout. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for medical services! Thanks for your professionalism!

I love this urgent care! I’m a retired nurse, and a tough critic. I didn’t have an appointment, and there were seven people ahead of me; but I only waited about half an hour to be seen. Everyone, from the front office staff to the nurse and nurse practitioner were all so kind and professional. The facilities are spotless and attractive. The splint the nurse put on my finger is so much better than the one I had before from the orthopedic surgeon. Thanks for everything!
