MISSION: Building Communities Through Medicine

Our community health clinics

Our story began with a simple idea: people should be able to get high-quality care regardless of their income and status. What this means is transforming care in our community —creating a new standard for healthcare—one with greater accessibility, engagement, and value.

This idea became a reality in 2014 when Urgent Care Eleven opened its doors in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. In the beginning, we provided treatment for everyday urgencies but just as our community continues to evolve and grow, so have our community health clinic’s services. In 2017 we opened our first school health clinic within G.W. Carver High School. Since then, we’ve expanded to multiple networks providing services to the following parishes: Orleans, St. Tammany, St. Bernard, Jefferson, St. John, St. James, and East Baton Rouge.

Our Core Values

At Care Eleven Health, our Core Values stem from the acronym C.A.R.E. Community, Accountability, Revolutionary, and Equity form the structure of our culture and exemplify the very reason why our clinics exist.

These fundamental beliefs create the framework for Care Eleven Health’s ethos. They guide our employees during the everyday grind, including patient interactions, community involvement, and how we interact with our community partners and vendors.
